LONDON, KOMPAS.com - Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray stepped into the Centre Court the All England Club to lead a Grand Slam tournament final match at Wimbledon, Sunday (07/07/2013).
Murray with the full support of the British public with a brilliant opening game. This year 26 players recorded five aces to take the first set 6-4 in 59 minutes.
Djokovic opened the second set by breaking Murray at gamekeempat who took a 4-1 lead. However, Murray chasing up the score at 5-5.
Murray turned to lead by breaking Djokovic in 11 games and a 6-5 lead. Serving for the set, Murray finally closed the second set with 7-5, in a battle for 69 minutes.
The third set started with Murray broke Djokovic opener. The Scottish-born men a 2-0 lead.
But Djokovic rise, equating numbers with Murray broke, and finally took the lead with 3-2.
The next two games tight and both players traded breaks. Djokovic still leading 4-3.
However, Murray got up and managed to equalize. In gameberikutnya, he again broke Djokovic took a 5-4 lead and serving for the match.
After passing four times and got Matchpoint fourth deuce, Murray finally closed the third set 6-4 in 61 minutes.
These results ensure Andy Murray won his first title at Wimbledon, or a second Grand Slam title after the U.S. Open 2012.
Murray officially become the first British man to win Wimbledon since Fred Perry did in 1936.
